Urban Tilth in North Richmond seeks a part-time CSA Coordinator & Driver to prep, pack, and deliver local produce boxes to CSA members and pickup sites in West Contra Costa County. The role emphasizes reliable service, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a CA driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Valid, safe driving record and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lb daily and deliver on schedule.
• Works well in a team and follows directions for daily tasks.
• Comfortable moving around Richmond area and nearby pickups.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and friendly engagement with CSA members.
• Pack, prep, and deliver CSA produce boxes to members and sites.
• Coordinate box pickup sites with CSA managers and assist with outreach.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain sanitation of equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in program events as needed.
• Log time, breaks, and adhere to Urban Tilth policies.
