WHAT YOU GET TO DO

The employee will ensure quality assurance of software products developed and commissioned by Knapp (KiSoft One, KiSoft SRC, PLATTFORM, KiSoft Sandbox, etc.).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Review specifications, development orders, and function sheets.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and plans, ensuring coverage across project and product lifecycle phases.
• Execute test cases and organize testing at Knapp’s office or customer sites.
• Perform cross-product tests and document results.
• Create and maintain automated tests and extend test coverage.
• Prepare releases for different sprints.
• Collaborate with software development and engineering departments.
• Install, deploy, and set up logistics software at customer sites.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of logistics workflows, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in automated testing tools (Python, Java, Bash, C++, PL/SQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps), SDLC methodologies, SQL, Linux, and software design patterns.

Working Conditions and Environment

• Overtime as needed, up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to travel by air, primarily within the US and to Austria.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, climbing, speaking, visual acuity, dexterity, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
