Job summary

ModMed, a leading healthcare software provider, seeks a Manager of CS Reporting and Analytics to lead a team delivering operational reporting and analytics that illuminate Customer Success performance. You will partner with CS leadership to align reporting with business needs and drive efficiency.

You will oversee dashboard development using Salesforce, BI tools, and data platforms, ensuring data integrity and timely KPI delivery while mentoring analysts and guiding analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Economics, Finance or Statistics; Masters a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or operations analysis; at least 2 years in management.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (logic formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, and Databricks.
• Experience working in SaaS or technology organizations; experience supporting Customer Success or services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analysts who design, develop, and deliver operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure CS performance visibility through metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee dashboards/reports using Salesforce, BI tools, and data platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring KPI reporting and insights.
• Validate reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Develop and mentor a team of Business Operations Analysts.
