Patronus AI is seeking a part-time Customer Success Operations Analyst in the United States to run renewals, churn analysis, and health-score modeling. You will review task packets, create precise scoring rubrics, and document your reasoning as you work independently and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Explain how the work is done in your role: the steps, the documents, who decides what, and where things go wrong.
• Review renewal forecasts, churn analyses, health score models, usage and adoption reports, and ARR and NRR reporting.
• Flag anything a practitioner would find unrealistic.
• Write scoring rubrics precise enough that two independent reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Create new, original tasks from fictional scenarios, solve them and document reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meet deadlines and work in reviewer feedback.
