Job summary

Patronus AI is a frontier lab building simulation research and infrastructure to accelerate progress toward human-aligned AGI. We’re seeking a revenue operations analyst for a flexible, part-time engagement (roughly 10–20 hours per week).

You don’t need an AI background, but you will own pipeline hygiene and forecasting processes. Your responsibilities include maintaining CRM data quality, applying stage rules, consolidating forecast rollups, and linking bookings and billing to the forecast.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, pipeline hygiene and forecasting is expected.
• Ability to review pipeline reports, forecast rollups, and data deduping.
• Excellent documentation and ability to work asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Explain how the work is done in your role: the steps, the documents, who decides what, and where things go wrong.
• Review realistic task packets, such as pipeline reports, forecast rollups and tie-outs, stage exit criteria, dedupe and data quality audits, and bookings and billing reconciliations, and flag anything a practitioner would find unrealistic.
• Write scoring rubrics precise enough that two independent reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Create new, original tasks from fictional scenarios, solve them yourself and document your reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meet agreed deadlines and work in reviewer feedback.
