• Crystal Growth or materials processing experience with knowledge of solidification principles.
• Strong grasp on engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop crystal growth processes for materials new to SYNOPTICS.
• Work with manufacturing personnel to develop and document new processes.
• Participate in developing new business opportunities.
