Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor critical crystal growth parameters affecting control, yield, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain crystal growth procedures and SPC charts.
• Lead technology transfers from R&D to manufacturing.
• Support capacity expansion and supplier qualification while meeting specs and quality.
• Contribute to IP portfolio by writing disclosures and patents; participate in scientific meetings.
