Responsibilities

• Lead operation and optimization of crystal growth equipment (melt and solution-based).
• Develop and maintain crystal growth procedures and SPC charts.
• Investigate data to identify correlations, trends, and root cause analyses.
• Drive technology transfers from R&D to production and support capacity expansion.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and support IP disclosures.
