Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking highly qualified personnel to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, and operational campaigns for diverse client missions.

Applicants should have a strong cyber security background, TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and relevant experience in government or defense settings, including operational-level planning and external engagement.

Qualifications

• US Citizens must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
• Relevant experience must relate to customer mission (collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or IC/DoD, with strategic/operational planning.
• External engagement experience (cross-Agency groups, field assignments, customer support) is preferred.
• Ability to leverage processes and tools to plan, coordinate, and execute operational campaigns.

Job Duties:

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
• Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
• Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat
• Initiate communications with external support partners
• Conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
• Utilize experience with operational planning
• Have a strong cyber background
• Ability to effectively communicate requirements
• Lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.

Required Skills:

• US Citizens Only
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Two (2) years of relevant experience and a Doctoral degree, three (3) years of relevant experience and a Master's degree, five (5) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, seven (7) years of relevant experience and an Associate'sdegree, nine (9)years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED required
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field preferred, but degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience must be related to customer mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations)
• External engagement experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred

Compensation Range:

$80,000 - $110,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
