Job summary

DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Trade Support Specialist for Cumberland Options in the United States. You’ll support crypto trading desks, perform trade capture, reconciliation, and daily P&L substantiation while collaborating with traders, researchers, and software engineers to improve workflows and leverage the right tools.

The role emphasizes ownership of processes, expansion of tech-enabled solutions, and close interaction with front office and senior management in a trading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS, math, or a quantitative field.
• 2–3 years in front/middle/back office or risk roles with derivatives or related products.
• Experience with derivatives is preferred.
• Able to work independently and analyze problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Trade capture for futures and futures options.
• Trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Master the firm’s trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk systems.
• Act as process owner for current functionality and suggest optimizations.
• Support traders’ risk-management tools and needs.
• Upgrade and support traders’ tools and workflows.
• Interface with technology to improve tools and promote new tech.
