Job summary

DRW seeks software engineers for its Front Office Systems team. You will be embedded on Cumberland/FICC desks, building specialized solutions and owning products from prototype to production. Expect cross-desk reuse of patterns after deployments and a focus on high-performance, low-latency systems.

You will work across C++, Python, and Typescript in a fast-moving trading environment, collaborating with traders and other engineers to deliver reliable, scalable tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with C++ and Python in production-grade systems.
• Ability to work across multiple programming languages.
• Direct collaboration with end customers in fast-moving environments.
• Understand delta one or FICC trading context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with trading desks to deliver domain-specific solutions.
• Own products from prototype to stable production.
• Extract reusable patterns for other desks after deployment.
• Build, maintain and extend the central trading platform.
• Work on greenfield and legacy systems across multiple languages.
