DRW, a diversified trading firm headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Trade Support Specialist to back crypto trading desks. You will work with traders, researchers, and software engineers to optimize workflows and utilize firm-standard tools.

The role requires crypto knowledge, experience with Git, Python, Linux, and Cron, and 2-3 years in front/middle/back office or risk roles. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with crypto; front/middle/back office or risk roles a plus.
• Proven ability to work with traders and technology teams.
• Strong problem solving and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Trade capture for futures and futures options.
• Trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Gain mastery of proprietary systems for trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk.
• Interface with technology to enhance tools and workflows.
