Job summary

DRW, a diversified trading firm based in Chicago, is seeking a Trade Support Specialist for Cumberland Options. You will support crypto trading desks, handle trade capture, reconciliation, and daily P&L, working closely with traders, researchers and software engineers to optimize workflows.

You should have 2-3 years in front/middle/back office roles with derivatives, strong crypto interest, and a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

• Crypto experience or strong interest.
• Experience with derivatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in front office or trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Trade capture for futures/futures options.
• Trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Gain mastery of trade capture and risk management systems.
• Interface with technology to improve tools.
• Adopt and promote new technology.
