DRW, a diversified trading firm based in Chicago, is seeking a Trade Support Specialist for Cumberland Options. You will support crypto trading desks, handle trade capture, reconciliation, and daily P&L, working closely with traders, researchers and software engineers to optimize workflows.
You should have 2-3 years in front/middle/back office roles with derivatives, strong crypto interest, and a quantitative degree.

As a Trade Support Specialist, Cumberland Options you will provide support to a group of trading desks based in Chicago. This is an opportunity to solve challenging problems while working closely with experienced traders, researchers and software engineers to optimize operational workflow and use the right tools and technology for the job.
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
