Job summary

FalconX is a pioneering team revolutionizing institutional access to cryptocurrency markets, bridging traditional finance and digital assets. This role focuses on settlement operations, reconciliations, and regulatory‑compliant processes across counterparties and internal systems.

Based in the New York City area, you will engage with Trading, Product, and Compliance teams, managing high‑volume, high‑stakes settlements while advancing maturity of controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Strong organizational skills and use of checklists to track progress.
• Desire to become an expert on digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Responsibilities

• Handle counterparty settlement requests and act as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success to meet client expectations.
• Ensure trades, transfers and inventory reconciliation across internal and external systems.
