Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial crimes or sanctions investigations.
• Experience analyzing cryptocurrency transactions.
• Knowledge of OFAC and other sanctions regimes.
• Ability to document complex investigations clearly.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of cryptocurrency-related sanctions alerts.
• Leverage blockchain analytics tools to evaluate exposure.
• Review and disposition matches against sanctions lists.
• Identify and escalate potential violations.
• Prepare clear investigative narratives and documentation.
• Monitor emerging sanctions risks and typologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve investigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.
• Assist with regulatory examinations and audits.
• Maintain adherence to procedures and SLAs.
