Bybit is seeking a risk-focused professional to support and mediate disputes in our P2P marketplace. You will investigate transactions, identify suspicious patterns, and work with Risk & Compliance to enforce policies while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in customer service, risk management, fraud investigation, or Trust & Safety.
• Proven background in Risk Control / Fraud Prevention preferred.
• Fintech/financial institution experience useful, esp. dispute resolution and AML.
• Sharp analytical acumen with numbers and risk indicators.
• Strong written and spoken communication to explain risk actions to users.
• Capable of multitasking and time-sensitive work.

Responsibilities

• Support and mediate customer disputes in the P2P market with risk mitigation focus.
• Investigate, monitor, and analyze transactions to identify suspicious patterns and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to review flagged accounts and enforce risk policies.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality customer service experiences.
• Stay updated on platform features and general market conditions.
• Follow up on inquiries from current and prospective clients with suitable solutions.
• Identify operational discrepancies, fraud trends, or risks and flag to management.
