What You’ll Do

• Partner with crypto, blockchain, and Web3 companies to fill roles across engineering, product, compliance, marketing, and beyond.
• Build and manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Leverage our proprietary frameworks (like AlphaScreen and Proof of Fit) to deliver 3–5 perfect candidates, not 20 maybes.
• Provide clients with advisory support on hiring strategy, comp benchmarks, and team structure.
• Nurture relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for their career paths.
• Collaborate with our team. We win together, not alone.

Who You Are

• Experienced recruiter (agency or in-house) who thrives in fast-moving markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You see opportunity, not obstacles.
• Passionate about crypto, blockchain, or fintech. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be curious and hungry to learn.
• High EQ with exceptional communication skills. You can connect with a founder, a developer, and a DeFi degenerate in the same day.
• Results-driven, but never at the expense of integrity or long-term relationships.
