Job summary

XM Careers is seeking a Product Manager for Crypto to drive the delivery of our crypto trading platform. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution across wallets, custody, funding, and trading infrastructure.

The role focuses on turning strategy into detailed requirements, collaborating across teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and operational platform capabilities. Strong crypto knowledge and analytical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of crypto platform fundamentals and operations.
• Excellent analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable defining product flows and operational scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Define end-to-end product flows across wallets, funding, trading, and settlement.
• Assist integrations with custody providers and crypto infrastructure partners.
• Define workflows, edge cases, and failure scenarios for key capabilities.
• Coordinate launches with approvals, runbooks, and marketing support.
• Improve user journeys and operational efficiency with design and support teams.
• Balance customer needs with technical constraints and regulatory requirements.
• Propose adjustments to meet business goals.
