Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. You will drive roadmap, define features, and ship at global scale in a crypto retail trading context including perpetuals and spot markets.

You will partner across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver outcomes, using data and user insights to inform decisions while managing dependencies and tradeoffs.

Qualificações

• Experience shipping crypto or perpetual trading products at scale.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch.
• Ability to instrument funnels and size opportunities independently.
• Proven ability to align Design, Eng, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth toward a ship date.
• Experience using AI tools in product workflows is required, with human-in-the-loop judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Trading roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and prioritization.
• Define and ship trading experiences with specs, user studies, and backlog clearance.
• Interview traders to observe behavior and validate product decisions.
• Weigh speed vs. depth, and balance compliance constraints with ambition.
• Lead market and competitive research that informs the roadmap.
• Represent Trading in cross-functional forums with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth.
• Own a defined slice of the trading product line from inception through post-launch iteration.
