Robinhood is seeking a Crypto Operations Intern to join our New York, NY office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize crypto product operations, monitor performance, and support day-to-day processes while helping scale offerings.

This role emphasizes operational rigor, feedback loops, and collaboration with product, engineering, and finance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related analytical field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Operational/product mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products.

Responsibilities

• Support critical business functions such as monitoring order/execution health and liquidity management.
• Handle complex customer escalations and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate needs into product requirements.
• Assist in designing and enhancing internal tools with engineering feedback.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts with operational readiness and clear docs.
