Job summary

The Monad Foundation is seeking a Business Marketing Lead to own co-marketing and collaborative go-to-market efforts. You will work with GTM and content teams and liaise with external marketing and business teams to craft compelling stories and develop high-quality campaigns on chain.

You will manage a high-volume of complex external workstreams, shaping messaging, case studies, blogs, and activations from brief through launch, ensuring quality and impact across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related role within crypto, financial services, or enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, and financial infrastructure is a strong plus.
• Experience owning integrated or joint GTM campaigns involving external organizations, from planning through launch and measurement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex integrations into clear market-facing content.
• Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded within the GTM and content teams to understand pipeline context and opportunities for co-marketing amplification.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming launches and prioritize opportunities based on impact; translate decisions into clear strategies.
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns; identify narratives, create social activations, write case studies and blogs.
• Drive campaigns end-to-end: timelines, asset delivery, legal reviews, launch sequencing, stakeholder follow-through.
• Define objectives, track performance, and apply learnings to future programs.
