Job summary

Monad Foundation in the United States seeks a Business Marketing Specialist to own co-marketing and joint go-to-market efforts. You’ll collaborate with GTM and creative teams and liaise with external marketing and business partners to translate complex partnerships into compelling narratives that drive adoption.

You will manage multiple external workstreams, design campaigns from brief to launch, craft case studies and blogs, and deliver high-quality activations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related role in crypto, financial services, or enterprise technology.
• Understanding of the crypto ecosystem and credibility with crypto-native and traditional businesses.
• Experience owning integrated or joint GTM campaigns involving external organizations from planning to launch and measurement.
• Excellent writer and editor with ability to translate complex partnerships into clear content for sophisticated audiences.
• Strong judgment, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• High-agency and self-directed; able to use AI and automation to move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded with the GTM and content teams to understand pipeline context and opportunities for co-marketing amplification.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming launches, evaluate opportunities, and translate decisions into clear strategies.
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns; identify narratives, social activations, case studies and blogs.
• Drive campaigns from start to finish, including timelines, asset development, legal/compliance reviews, and launch sequencing.
• Own campaign outcomes; define objectives, track results, and leverage learnings for future programs.
