Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market activity, trading volumes, and liquidity to identify and address potential issues.
• Develop and optimize processes for onboarding new users, managing deposits and withdrawals.
• Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement system enhancements and new features.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations pertaining to cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Manage relationships with key service providers, including liquidity providers and payment processors.
• Prepare operational reports and present key metrics to senior management.

Requirements
