Robinhood is building the Crypto Data Science team to accelerate our position as the leading crypto platform. As Data Science Manager for Crypto, you will lead a high-impact group delivering insights, models, and strategies shaping the product roadmap and growth across international expansion and Wallet adoption.

Based in Menlo Park, CA, this role requires 7+ years in data science with 2+ years in people management, plus strong Python/SQL skills and a track record in product data science.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science with 2+ years in people management.
• Deep experience with Python and SQL in production or analytics environments.
• Proven success in product data science delivering strategic insights and scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem with 3–4 years of direct experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and analytics engineers across product and ML domains.
• Partner with Crypto product, engineering, finance, and research to drive international expansion, pro trader growth, and Wallet app adoption.
• Deliver robust, data-driven recommendations and analyses to shape product direction (stock tokens, perpetuals, blockchain opportunities).
• Foster a culture of analytics excellence, experimentation, and impact within the team.
• Represent Crypto Data Science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to Crypto org strategy.
