Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Data Science Manager for the Crypto team in Menlo Park, CA. You will lead a high-impact team delivering insights, models, and strategies to shape the crypto product roadmap and growth.

You will partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure data-driven decisions, with a focus on international expansion and Wallet app adoption. Strong Python/SQL skills and crypto domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, including at least 2+ years of people management.
• Deep experience with Python and SQL in a production or analytics environment.
• Proven success in product data science roles with actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, with 3+ years of direct experience preferred.
• Executive presence and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and analytics engineers across product and ML domains.
• Partner with Crypto product, engineering, finance, and research teams to drive key initiatives (international expansion, trader growth, Wallet app adoption).
• Deliver robust, data-driven recommendations to shape product direction, focusing on stock tokens, perpetuals, and blockchain opportunities.
• Foster a culture of analytics excellence, experimentation, and impact within the team.
• Represent Crypto Data Science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to Crypto org strategy.
