Qualifications

• Track record in product data science with scalable insights.
• Strong crypto ecosystem knowledge; 3-4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and analytics engineers.
• Partner with Crypto product, engineering, finance, and research teams.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to shape product direction.
