Job summary

CRANE Cryogenics is seeking a Receiving Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will manage the receipt of materials, verify quantities against packing lists, and ensure accurate data entry into our systems to maintain traceability.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow written procedures, and a readiness to work as part of a team in a safe manufacturing environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and basic forklift tasks may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle manual material movement.
• Commitment to safety practices and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials and parts from trucks by hand or fork truck.
• Ensure parts match vendors packing list and purchase order.
• Inspect parts for specifications, trace codes and visual quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts for engineering inspection.
• Receive parts in the order specified by receiving reports.
• Ensure parts are recorded in the system before leaving the receiving area.
• Print and apply labels for material traceability.
• Record levels of liquid nitrogen and liquid argon tanks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
