Job summary

PSG, a Dover Corporation brand, in Los Angeles, seeks a Pump Assembler to safely build Cryogenic pumps per specifications and blueprints. You will work in a fast-paced production cell, following standard work and lean practices to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using hand inspection tools (dial indicators, micrometers, calipers).
• Experience using air tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps to complete a pump build, including kitting, sub-assemblies, NDT, and crating.
• Follow standard work to meet design specs and quality procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
• Conduct Hydro-test and record inspection values.
• Maintain 5S and daily priorities as set by the manager.
• Support safety, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Attend to overtime as required.
• All other duties assigned.
