Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, is seeking an assembler to perform final assembly of pump units, including kitting, sub-assembly, and testing. The role requires mechanical aptitude and comfort with air and hand tools in a fast-paced production setting.

You will follow standard work, adhere to quality procedures, conduct TPM on tools, and maintain safety and production logs. Prior assembly experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• No product assembly experience required; ability to learn.
• Experience using air and hand tools.
• Mechanically inclined; assembly or production experience a plus.
• Packaging and Palletizing in Production experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build, including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
• Follow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and QA procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
• Perform Hydro-test on required work orders and capture certificates.
• Maintain safety, quality, and company policies; report daily production logs to supervisors.
