Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, seeks an assembler to perform value adding processes in the assembly department for pump builds. Complete final assembly of product including kitting, sub-assembly, testing of finish goods, and final packaging including boxing and palletizing.

Education: High school or equivalent preferred. Experience basics include ability to learn, mechanical inclination, and familiarity with air and hand tools. Must work overtime when required and follow safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to learn new processes.
• Experience with air and hand tools is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow company standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps to complete pump builds, including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
• Follow standard work in the production cell to meet design specs and QA procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
• Conduct hydro-tests and capture certificates as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with policies.
• Report production logs to Supervisor daily and manage inventory in Oracle.
