The role emphasizes strict safety adherence and collaboration with contractors to maintain processes and equipment integrity. You will interpret process data, implement improvements, and use controls/HMI platforms with familiarity in Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with emphasis on safety.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms: Wonderware, Rockwell, Siemens.
• Ability to read/revise piping and instrumentation and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication to share technical info for safe team work.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant for reliable, efficient performance.
• Perform and support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Collect and interpret equipment/process data to improve proactive maintenance.
• Oversee contractors to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures and suggest improvements for reliability.
