Job summary

CTR Cryo, a cryogenic manufacturing company, seeks an Inventory Manager to oversee raw materials, components like valves and pumps, and finished units while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires strong ERP proficiency and hands-on leadership to maintain accurate stock and timely production support.

Responsibilities include implementing tracking systems, coordinating with vendors, conducting audits, and mentoring warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in supply chain.
• 3–5 years inventory management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory software and barcode-tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement inventory tracking systems and ERP to monitor materials and finished units in real time.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation per safety and environmental rules.
• Liaise with vendors to analyze costs, track back orders, and prevent bottlenecks.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits; investigate variances.
• Oversee incoming inspections and outgoing shipments to technicians and clients.
• Hire, train, schedule, and mentor warehouse staff.
