Job summary

CAMS - Badger Midstream Energy in Keyes, OK is hiring a Plant Operator for shift duties across helium plant operations and related cryogenic processes. You will work in a team environment, with duties including scheduling, startup/shutdown, and equipment maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of helium cryogenic experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. The role requires flexibility with shifts and travel within the local area.

Qualifications

• 3 years helium plant processing and liquefaction.
• 5 years cryogenic natural gas plant operations and maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of cryogenic plant instrumentation and controls.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screening and DOT drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly production schedule for the helium plant.
• Coordinate schedule with clients.
• Start up and shut down helium plant and compression equipment.
• Troubleshoot plant operations and equipment.
• Lead on-the-job training for junior staff.
• Follow safety standards and PPE requirements.
