Job summary

CAMS - Badger Midstream Energy is hiring a Plant Operator for Shift activities that include cross-functional work in helium plant operations, reciprocating compressors operations, natural gas dehydration, while working in a team environment that operates the helium plant and compressor station facilities in accordance with company policies/procedures and in compliance with all regulatory agencies.

The successful incumbent must be self-motivated, and a self-starter who is comfortable working

Qualifications

• 3 years helium plant processing and liquefaction (preferred).
• 5 years cryogenic natural gas plant operations and maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of cryogenic plant operation and maintenance.
• Basic instrumentation and controls knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT drug testing.
• Live within 50 miles of Keyes, OK.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly production schedule for the helium plant.
• Communicate schedule with clients.
• Start up and shutdown helium plant and related equipment after outages.
• Reset breakers or replace fuses to restore operation.
• Troubleshoot gas and helium plant operations.
• Lead on-the-job training for lower-level employees.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Support shift assignments and overtime as needed.
