Job summary

Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Assembler to join the Base Tube Assembly (BTA) team in Syracuse, NY.

You will support the assembly and quality of cryogenic components, following documented procedures and maintaining accurate production documentation in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment. You should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic documentation and record‑keeping skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Dependability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble BTA components in accordance with documented procedures and specifications.
• Operate and maintain tooling and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets established quality standards and requirements.
• Complete and maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate understanding of operational procedures and meet quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to documented procedures and ISO quality system requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
