Job summary

Bluefors in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Assembler to join our Base Tube Assembly team. You will support assembly and quality of Cryomech Base Tube Assemblies and contribute to precision cryogenic components manufacturing in a collaborative production environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and instructions.
• Experience with ISO quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble BTA components per procedures and specs.
• Operate and maintain tooling and production equipment safely.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Complete accurate production and quality documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Adhere to ISO quality system requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
