Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field.
• Seven+ years in health statistics, indicators, or CRVS.
• Experience with data quality assessment and multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with international or regional collaboration preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess indicator needs and review reporting requirements and data availability.
• Evaluate data completeness, timeliness, consistency, and comparability.
• Contribute to data-quality assessments at national and subnational levels.
• Develop methodologies for CRVS system data quality and completeness.
• Analyze indicators to identify trends and geographic patterns.
• Design and validate SOPs, data dictionaries, and methodological docs.
• Support monitoring frameworks and provide technical briefs.
• Create visualization products—dashboards, country profiles, infographics.
