Job summary

Vatica Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Consultant to support care coordination and quality improvement on a nationwide scale. This hybrid role combines remote work with onsite visits to practices within about 60 miles as needed, supporting providers and staff with the Vatica Health platform.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of adult health RN experience (ICU/ED preferred), strong data review skills, and comfort navigating EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of adult health RN experience, preferably ICU/ED.
• Proficiency with Diagnosis, Billing & Quality Measures coding is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and medical office staff.
• Comfort with travel and working in a hybrid/telework setting.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed patient medical records from multiple sources.
• Research and consolidate data with clinical judgment.
• Build relationships with providers and staff across practices.
• Train and support practice staff on the Vatica Health platform.
• Follow up to meet deadlines and share best practices.
