Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Crushing and Screening Manager to lead the division, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operation.

You will develop budgets, manage sales and service plans, and coordinate with engineering and other departments to meet objectives. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in heavy equipment, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and operations management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
• 8+ years in a responsible position within heavy equipment service industry.
• 1+ years sales experience; 3+ years administrative/clerical; 3+ years supervisory/management.
• 5+ years customer service experience; 5+ years technical or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Crushing and Screening business at Wagner Equipment.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales, service, and parts.
• Coordinate safety programs and training; ensure quality control across projects.
