Wagner Equipment Company is seeking an Engineering Manager for Crushing and Screening to lead safe, efficient project execution. This role oversees project teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures compliance with safety regulations across major projects.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in heavy equipment service, strong leadership, and a track record in bidding and coordinating complex installations. Travel is 25%–50% with heavy collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college or trade school preferred.
• 8+ years in a responsible position within the heavy equipment service industry.
• 5+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Propose a business plan to build out a team that can help manage major projects.
• Oversee the Project team in the Crushing and Screening division at Wagner Equipment and Crushing Equipment Solutions (CES).
• Manages project costs and schedule.
• Helps sales team bid project to include layout drawings and to be aligned with process flow.
