Qualifications

• Experience operating crushing plant equipment and following safety procedures.
• Familiarity with MSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience using production-tracking systems or computer-based logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushing plant equipment to support safe, efficient production.
• Assist with operation of primary and secondary crushing systems as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of plant equipment.
• Monitor plant operations to maintain production levels and quality standards.
• Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with MSHA requirements.
• Communicate with team members to support plant operations.
• Maintain plant equipment and work areas in a clean, organized condition.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed to support plant operations.
• Work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
• Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
