Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Crushing Plant Lead Person for the Torrance, CA area. This full-time role covers the 2nd shift (4pm-2am) with occasional Saturday (1pm-9pm) during the crushing season.

You will lead daily crushing operations, coordinate crew assignments, and drive safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will oversee crushing, screening, and material processing activities, troubleshoot issues, and support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives while

• Experience leading shifts in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot equipment, and improve efficiency.
• Strong safety and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift crushing plant operations to meet production and quality goals.
