Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily crushing plant operations during the 2nd shift (4pm-2am), with occasional Saturday shifts 1pm-9pm during the crushing season. • Must be available to work 10–12 hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am, with some Saturday shifts 1pm-9pm during crushing season.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations.
• Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.

What Are We Looking For

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in an outdoor environment where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
