Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a motivated shift supervisor to lead daily crushing plant operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring production, quality, and safety objectives are met.
You will coordinate plant activities, monitor crushing, screening and material processing, and coach teams to maximize efficiency while maintaining regulatory and company standards.
Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency.
Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met.
Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
Available to work 10–12-hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am. Some Saturday shifts are required 1pm-9pm during crushing season.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations.
Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
Ability to interpret operating procedures, production goals, and maintenance requirements to support plant performance.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

$29.00-$31.00 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour second shift differential
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
