Qualifications

• Must be available to work 10–12 hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am, with some Saturday shifts 1pm-9pm during crushing season.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations.
• Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
