Job summary

Douds Stone, LLC is seeking a Crushing Plant Assistant to keep the plant area clean, set up the plant daily, and assist with maintenance. The role may involve driving the Pit Truck and learning to operate the plant as a back-up operator. Typical shifts are 5-10 hours, and quarry experience would be a plus.

Qualifications

Currently Douds Stone, LLC has 12 open pit quarries and 2 sand operations. Our locations stretch from Eddyville, IA to Wever, IA and as far north as Keswick, IA.

Job Description

This position would be responsible for keeping the plant area clean, using a skid steer. Would help set up the plant each day for operation. Assist with plant maintenance. Might occasionally be required to drive the Pit Truck. Will learn to operate the plant and be the back up plant operator. Will work 5-10 hour days.

Quarry experience would be a plus.
