Job Summary

The Quarry Loader/Loadout Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient loading of aggregate materials onto trucks for delivery or internal operations. This role ensures the accurate selection of product types, proper load weights, and timely dispatch to support the overall production process at the quarry. The operator works closely with weighmaster, drivers, and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move aggregate materials efficiently and safely.
• Verify product type, quantity, and weight for each load to meet customer specifications.
• Inspect and maintain loadout areas to ensure cleanliness and safe operation.
• Monitor equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, MSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Assist with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers and supervisors to coordinate loadout activities.
