Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Crusher Plant Operator in Great Falls, MT to manage plant operations and loading of materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic maintenance, data entry, and adherence to production schedules. Candidates should have a HS diploma/GED and relevant experience; welding skills are a plus, with on-site work and potential drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Inventory and Order processing systems; uses job specific computer system for ticketing and two way radio for communications.

Responsibilities

• Reads work schedules and determines sequence of operations.
• Operates plant according to production schedule using appropriate materials.
• Monitors material operation to ensure quality of mix.
• Performs basic maintenance and service on plant as required.
• Welding using an arc welder or cutting torch is preferred.
• Cleans control house and yard daily.
• Enters production information into computer systems.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
