Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a senior program leader to govern QSR engagements, align stakeholders, and drive Now/Next/Future roadmaps across multi-country restaurant operations. You will manage governance, scope, risks, and executive communications while coordinating with franchise teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure feasible, data-driven outcomes.

The role requires deep BOH knowledge, hands-on BOH platform experience, and the ability to translate findings into actionable business

Qualifications

• Experience with QSR technology platforms and back-of-house processes.
• Proven ability to design and manage integrations across POS, BOH, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading multi-country QSR programs, localization, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement governance, scope, quality, risks and executive communication.
• Align Wendy's stakeholders on hypotheses, priorities and decision points.
• Integrate workstream findings into the business case and Now / Next / Future roadmap.
• Facilitate steering reviews and secure decisions on trade-offs and dependencies.
• Trace supplier-to-margin lifecycle and validate restaurant operating practices.
• Assess theoretical vs. actual food cost, recipe yield, waste, inventory and purchasing drivers.
• Identify operational leakage hypotheses and quantify opportunities where data permits.
• Ensure recommendations are practical for restaurant and franchise operations.

Job description

Must Have's:

• QSR Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, BOH (Back of the House) processes, including menu, inventory, purchasing, food cost, waste, labor, and financial reconciliation.
• BOH Technology Experience: Hands‑on experience with QSR Tech, Crunchtime or comparable BOH platforms, kitchen display systems, payments, digital ordering, loyalty, and delivery solutions.
• Integration and Solution Design: Proven ability to design and manage integrations across POS, BOH, menu management, supply chain, finance, payments, and enterprise data platforms using APIs, middleware, messaging, and batch interfaces.
• Global Delivery and Leadership: Experience leading multi‑country QSR programs, localization, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and collaboration with restaurant operations, franchise teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders
